We went on saturday evening, and the food was amazing! We had the chicken schwarma meal. the wait staff was attentive, and the place looked great! will definitely go again! If we experience the same service and food, i will up my rating to 5 stars.

It's safe to say this was probably the worst restaurant I've ever ordered carry out from. First of all if you don't speak English you shouldn't be taking orders. All we wanted were 3 chicken sandwiches and they didn't even do that right. When someone says no garlic it doesn't mean add on extra garlic. Will never order from here ever again. And for those of you who don't speak Arabic I'd recommend you don't either cause they will get your order wrong. As for the employees there..try Rosetta Stone I've heard it does wonders.

We moved to the West Bloomfield area about three years ago from the Dearborn area. We have been looking for a good mid-eastern spot ever since. Because we have been spoiled with the best...our standards were pretty high. Well, White Palace hits the mark! You can always tell a good mid-eastern restraunt by the bread, garlic and fatoosh (that's just my standard). The bread is AWESOME..fresh baked in a stone oven..but, I have to say, it's the little things that makes the White Palace special..the little extras...such as the two sauces they offer to put on your safron rice...golden raisens on your rice...and great service. My husband and I frequent the White Palace at least once a week, and we've never been disappointed. The portions are so large, that we either split a meal..or take home leftovers that is enough for an extra dinner. If you are looking for a great spot..look no further

every Sunday their is a buffet for 10 dollars at the white palace, so we came on mothers day buffet when i go the bill they charged us 17.99 per person even my 8 year old, same food but on mothers day they want to charge us 180 present WOW, never will ever be back, average food with no flavor,

Very nice decor, however the service wasn't the best. I felt like the wait staff just wanted us to hurry up and get out of there. Our waitress simply did her job and had no personality what so ever. The bartender poored a good sized glass of wine, which I liked. Howvever the food was just ok. Not terrible, but my chicken was kind of rubbery. I could have over looked the rubbery chicken if the service had been better, but I will probably never go back as there are plenty of other good Mediterranean places in the area.

White Palace is a very good restaurant. Very nice atmosphere, which you may not expect in a strip mall location. We had the Chicken Shawarma and Dolmas. Both were very authentic and delicious. Excellent service. Would recommend to anyone who likes Mediterranean food and they also have more generic food items such as Chicken Cordon Bleu and Chicken Picata Interesting Live Buffalo Fish item on menu...they have a fish tank in the front of the restaurant and you pick the fish you would like for dinner. Another table ordered this while we were there and it looked huge and delicious, but not something I would order. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant.
